Harry Mason Story

Harry Mason Story was born March 3, 1885, on a farm northwest of Pawnee City, and died May 9, 1947, in Table Rock, at the age of 62 years, 2 months and 6 days.

Dec. 22, 1909, he was united in marriage to Erma F Nowles. To this union two children were born, Albert LeRoy Story of Falls City and Doris R. Bennett of Pawnee City.

He was a member of the Methodist church of Pawnee City, and with the exception of a few years had spent all of his life in Pawnee county. His parents, two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, two children, three grandchildren, four sisters, one brother, a host of other relatives and friends.

He was a kind and loving husband and father, a friend to all, both old and young, and will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the Kovanda chapel at Table Rock, conducted by Rev. E.F. Booher, pastor of the Table Rock Methodist church, and interment was in the Pawnee City cemetery.
